If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at b2b@maphydration.com to request a change or cancellation. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.
Shipping is free for all orders of $75 CAD or more, before taxes. For orders below that amount, fees apply depending on the delivery address. These fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for promotions.
